Your small change can have a BIG impact on our students’ success!

Similar to the change collection jars you still sometimes see at your local stores, with APSCents, you can now donate the change from your credit and debit card purchases to the APS Education Foundation!  With a card registered with APSCents, when you make a purchase, the amount will be rounded up to the next dollar, and the difference will go to the APS Education Foundation.

The Foundation supports a variety of competitive grant programs in the district, focusing on STEM, Literacy, Fine Arts, plus Clubs and Activities that keep kids engaged. Our grants focus on innovation and student engagement, and in 2015-16 alone, we provided assistance to nearly 34,000 students.

How It Works

After a quick registration with APSCents, supporting the cause you care about is as easy as simply using the registered credit card as you go about your daily life.  When you make purchases on your card, the purchase amount is rounded up to the whole next dollar and the difference goes to the organization you chose to support.

It’s affordable!

Think of it this way, whenever you’re asked to donate to a cause at the checkout counter, you can instead just send your change to the APS Education Foundation! And if you’re a super-swiper and are worried about that change adding up, you can set a monthly cap. Most importantly, whatever you give, you get credit for! You can print a tax receipt of every donation you make, we keep track of it for you. Don’t give away your tax benefit!
